- Jill Nii, Chief of the Contracting Office at NAVFAC Pacific. Jill joined the organization in 1994 and has been in her current position since 2015. She is a DoD Contracting Certified Professional.
- Ryan Kanda, Director of the Office of Small Business Programs, Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, NAVSUP. His past experience includes, serving as Contracting Officer, Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor; Business Opportunity Specialist, Small Business Administration Hawaii District; and Business Development Specialist, MBDA Business Center Honolulu.
- Tramaine Sims, Chief Contracting Officer, NAVFAC Hawaii. She joined the NAVFAC family as a Contract Specialist intern in 2008 and has since gone on to work for the Army Corp of Engineers, Norfolk District as the Acquisition Branch Chief for Military Construction and Architecture and Engineering Programs. She then served as Contracting Officer for NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) and is currently the Chief of Contracting for NAVFAC Hawaii.
