Defense Personnel in Hawaii
Hawaii is home to more than 250,000 military personnel and their families. With all branches of the military – Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, National Guard and Coast Guard – represented in the state, active duty service members, defense civilians, military dependents and veterans are all a critical part of the many communities across the Hawaiian Islands.
